Pump repairs
The pump moves every litre through the filter. If it's noisy, leaking, losing prime or won't start, book a call-out. We diagnose on site and quote before we touch it.

Electrical by arrangementOn the visit
- 1
Check flow, pressure, noise and the shaft seal. Look at the housing, lid o-ring and unions.
- 2
Tell you what's wrong and what it costs to fix. A fixed quote, on the spot.
- 3
Fix it on the day where we carry the part. Otherwise we order it and book the return visit before we leave.
- 4
Invoice from the job. You pay after the work, not before.
Repair or replace?
If a repair costs more than the pump is worth, we say so. New pumps are supplied and installed through Equipment, quoted on the same visit.
Fixed-wired electrical: by arrangement
Pump wiring, chlorinator boxes and lighting need a registered electrical contractor. We arrange it; we don't do fixed wiring ourselves.
