This website is operated by JMSV Investments Pty Ltd, trading as Splashbox Pool Care. By using it, or by booking through it, you agree to these terms.
01Booking online
When you book online you are asking us to visit the property you give us at the time you choose. We confirm the booking by email. If we need to move it, we will contact you. You can change or cancel a booking yourself using the link in your confirmation, subject to our Cancellation Policy.
02Prices
Any price we quote is in Australian dollars and includes GST. We quote on site before any repair work starts, and parts are quoted separately unless we say otherwise. No payment is taken when you book online.
03Your information is accurate
Please give us accurate details, including the address and how to get to the pool. If we cannot get access at the booked time, our Cancellation Policy applies.
04Licensed work
Fixed-wired electrical work (such as pump wiring, timers, chlorinator boxes and lighting) is carried out by a registered electrical contractor, and gas work by a licensed gasfitter, arranged by us. We do not do that work ourselves.
05Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us, and to a refund for the unused portion or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure fixed in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
