What we do when we come out

Test the water
Free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, salt and stabiliser.

Balance it
Dose to the readings.

Skim and vacuum
Surface, floor and waterline as needed.

Empty the baskets
Skimmer and pump baskets, backwash when due.

Check the equipment
Pump, filter, chlorinator and heater. We flag anything wearing out.

Send the report
Emailed after the visit, with photos and anything to watch.

How the direct debit works

A 30-minute Start a Care Plan visit, or a water test if you want to see us work first.

We confirm the plan
On site we check the pool and equipment, confirm which plan fits, and you sign the agreement.

Direct debit set up
One monthly bank debit. Month to month, cancel any time.

Visits begin
You go on the run, with a visit report after every visit.
Do you still come in winter?
Yes. Plan visits carry on all year: fortnightly from October to April, and monthly from May to September.
What happens when we go on holiday?
Visits carry on while you're away, which is when the pool needs them most. Just tell us before you go so we know about access.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans run month to month with no exit fee. Give us 30 days' notice.
