Filter repairs
Sand changes, cartridge replacement, cracked housings and valves. Book a call-out: we diagnose on site and quote before we touch it.
Common filter faults
Pressure gauge reading high
A dirty sand bed or cartridge. A backwash or clean usually fixes it; old media gets replaced.
Usually fixed on the visitSand back in the pool
Broken laterals inside a sand filter. We replace them and the sand.
Quoted on siteCloudy water that won't clear
Old sand, a torn cartridge, or the filter not running for long enough each day.
Usually fixed on the visitLeaking valve or housing
A worn valve gasket or o-ring, or a cracked tank. Gaskets are quick; a cracked tank means a new filter.

Repair or replace?
If a repair costs more than the filter is worth, we say so. New equipment is supplied and installed through Equipment, quoted on the same visit.
Fixed-wired electrical: by arrangement
Pump wiring, chlorinator boxes and lighting need a registered electrical contractor. We arrange it; we don't do fixed wiring ourselves.
