Salt chlorinator repairs
New salt cell supplied and fitted. Control box faults quoted separately. Book a call-out: we diagnose on site and quote before we touch it.
Common chlorinator faults
Low or no chlorine
The cell is scaled up or worn out. A clean can bring it back; a tired cell needs replacing.
Repair or replaceWarning light or error code
Often low salt, low flow or scale on the cell. We test the water and the cell before replacing anything.
Usually fixed on the visitWhite crust on the cell plates
Calcium build-up cuts the cell's output. We clean it and check why it is scaling.
Usually fixed on the visitControl box dead or tripping
A power supply or board fault, quoted separately from the cell.

Repair or replace?
If a repair costs more than the chlorinator is worth, we say so. New equipment is supplied and installed through Equipment, quoted on the same visit.
Fixed-wired electrical: by arrangement
Pump wiring, chlorinator boxes and lighting need a registered electrical contractor. We arrange it; we don't do fixed wiring ourselves.
