Gas heater won't light
An ignition, pilot or gas supply fault. Gas work is done by a licensed gasfitter.
Gas by arrangementHeat pump runs but the water stays cold
Low water flow, a blocked coil or a refrigeration fault. We check flow and airflow first.

Usually flow, a sensor or a pressure switch. We read the code and test before replacing parts.

Often the result of unbalanced water over years. We'll tell you if a repair or a new heater makes more sense.

Repair or replace?
If a repair costs more than the heater is worth, we say so. New equipment is supplied and installed through Equipment, quoted on the same visit.
Fixed-wired electrical: by arrangement
Pump wiring, chlorinator boxes and lighting need a registered electrical contractor. We arrange it; we don't do fixed wiring ourselves.
